Biographical Info

Hello! My name is Sarah Whetzel and I am a real estate agent with Ben Schafer Realty. I wanted to introduce myself and share my story of becoming an agent. I am a daughter of Anna Frost & Jamie Whetzel. I grew up in the beautiful small Village of Caldwell, OH where I graduated from Caldwell High School in 2019. I have always had a compassionate heart and loved being able to help others. I have been working in sales since I was 16 years old, and my favorite thing about it was hearing my customer’s story. Greeting them with a big smile and asking how their day went turned into a lovely conversation about both of our lives. Being able to interact and establish a relationship with others is what it is all about. I have brought my knowledge from sales in the past to the world of Real Estate. When you are looking to buy or sell a house, there is a lot of hard work, knowledge, legal aspects, and dedication that go along with it. I want to be there for my buyers/ sellers, and make their buying/ selling experience easy, convenient, and leave them feeling grateful and relieved. I strongly feel that there are three important factors that go into the life of real estate:

1. Knowledge: When you are looking to buy a home, there are contract agreements, and legal terms that someone may not be familiar with. An important part of my job is being able to answer all those questions and assist my buyers or sellers with all the knowledge when it comes to making an offer, signing a contract, etc.
2. Trust: My buyers and sellers are counting on me to do my job right to make these transactions as smooth as possible.
3. Loyalty: I want my buyers and sellers to know I have their best interest in heart. I will do all I can to lead them in the right direction and find them their perfect home!
