Biographical Info

Mia Clark has been a resident of Noble County for nearly 35 years. She brings an abundance of experience to Ben Schafer Realty and more importantly to her clients. Having past experience managing accounts receivables at a local financial institution, it has helped her in her role here as Property Manager of nearly 100 properties. In Mia’s role as a sales agent she was involved in transactions that reached nearly 3 million dollars in 2018 alone. Mia is acutely aware that clients do business with a real estate agent for one reason and that is trust. She has created a base of raving fans!

Mia is described as an outgoing person who loves dealing with people. She finds it her mission to make sure she locates the right rental property for the right people. Whether it be an individual, a couple, or an entire company to place employees in a home. Mia takes great pride in working for home owners in the sale of their properties and buyers finding just the right home, she understands that the core of her business is the relationships she builds with all clients.

In her role as property manager, she takes care of the day to day activities, whether that be placing tenants, paying the bills, or collecting rents, scheduling inspections and organizing all maintenance issues, while also managing the real estate office. Mia stays in tune with the local market conditions enabling her to assist owners and tenants with price points for rental properties. You will also find Mia working with clients during both real estate and personal property auctions.

She is truly here to cater to the people she works with. In her spare time, with what little she has, she enjoys touring wineries, antique malls, spending time outdoors, whether it be with her husband, her children or the treasures of her life, her Grandchildren.
